My original room wasnt cleaned properly but the staff helped immediately to get me set to a new room. The second room was better but still had hair on one of the blankets and one of the towels. I didn’t complain further because I was only there for 2 nights, tossed those items aside, and had a wonderful experience otherwise. The pool was amazing after a long travel. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly!

It was good, nice and quiet. Only downfall was I was charged $250 for something that wasn't mentioned while booking. Not everyone has that kind of extra money lying around

Friendly helpful staff, everything was very clean, reasonably comfortable bed. Our room was on the small side. I appreciated the back-out blind at the window and the bathrobe was a nice touch. The descriptions and reviews implied a higher end experience than it actually was.
