Come relax in comfort, style, and fun! You'll love the home, community, and location of Southern Adobe. The living room boasts a large sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. A super cute multifunctional ottoman offers additional seating if needed. The bright lovely kitchen is spacious with a large kitchen island with countertop seating for three. It features stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop stove. The cupboards are loaded with items to help as you prepare and serve your meals. There is a large washroom and a half bath located on the first floor. Outside is a great porch and patio with patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful blue skies St George is famous for. There is a grill as well for additional cooking ideas!

Upstairs the master bedroom suite has its own entertainment area. The bed is a queen and the sofa is a sleeper. There is a TV as well in the living space. The master bathroom is spacious and offers double sinks, a step-in shower, and a large bathtub. The second bedroom is darling and welcoming with another queen bed. The bunk room is fun and will sleep up to five with a triple bunk bed set and a twin bunk bed. There is a large full bathroom in the hallway on the second floor, as well!

You are going to love staying at Casitas at Sienna Hills. Conveniently located minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions such as trails and the Washington City Rec Center. Not our favorite rental. The master bed is uncomfortable and only a queen. It was difficult to keep the downstairs warm because the upstairs gets real hot. The location was good. Would be nice to have access to garage code. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. I would not rent here again

We loved the condo. It was super clean and decorated so cute. We struggled a little with the temperature. The lower level was chilly but the upper level too hot. And we appreciate the pool towels, pool key and pool rules but we didn’t even know where the pool was located nor did we realize that this outdoor pool was open in February until the night before we left. We wish we’d known it was opened and heated and where to find it because only a couple of us had a second to enjoy it.

St George Thanksgiving getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came to St George as a family for Thanksgiving and the property was well stocked in general, but especially for this trip, for cooking. The waffle maker and pancake/waffle mix was a nice surprise for our kiddos :) Management was accessible and accommodating.

Townhome was awesome and it met all our needs. Super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space. Only complaints are the downstairs smells like the air fresheners they use in gas station bathrooms when you enter. I don’t know if it’s the cleaner used or an actual air freshener. Also the master bedroom was way too hot to sleep in but we rectified this the second night with the fan we found in one of the other bedroom closets. An extra fan and figuring out that smell would have made it the perfect stay!

Had everything we needed.

7 of us (adults) came down for a mountain biking and UTVing trip (and we still had 3 empty beds) so it can absolutely fit 10 people. The Property management was amazing to work with every step of the way... even when my car damaged the garage they were polite, courteous, and understanding. All of my friends loved how spacious and nice it was. They commented a lot on that and how we had every type of dishware necessary to cook, grill, BBQ, and serve our whole party. They had a two car garage and plenty of other parking for us all. We were able to get two vehicles as well as all 7 bikes in the garage and the other 3 vehicles parked right out front. Another bonus is the location to Sand Hollow, Zion, and many of the hiking and biking trails.

Great stay for IronMan and sight seeing

Excellent unit. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities to make a 5-6 days feel at home. We travelled to participate in the IronMan St George race and felt that the unit was close enough to town to make it easy to get to and from the race village. The garage is super convenient and there is a pool and hot tube to relax after the race. Very close to Zion and the San Hollow Park. Would definitely return.

We loved this condo! The decorator had taken care of meticulous details in design and accommodations. Well stocked with essentials in the kitchen. Bedding was awesome and the entire condo was so clean! We hope to return!
