Ive been coming to stay in waterloo the last 3 weeks and this hotel is the 1st one i felt safe in clean rooms not afraid that i was going to catch bugs or something from the beds or bathrooms the food was great service was 100% i just wish i would of gottwn to the pool !! Maybe next time and there will be a next time

Front desk was grumpy and semi hostile, pool was down for maintenance despite an hour earlier promised to be open (which was the only reason we booked), bathroom door couldn’t be closed or locked, bed frame was a cot that nearly broke whenever sat on, tile was cracked, and the whole hotel really worn down and shoddy.
