For the homeless! Our room smelled like dog poop ! Cigarettes burned into the tub, towels were not white but were grey and old! Room was dirty and we were desperately tired so we had no choice but try to sleep 1 night but immediately cancelled the next two nights through Expedia . They called and got approval to refund but then we only got a 50 dollar refund after being told we would get 2 nights refund. The outlets did not work and missing light bulbs. We called front desk and was told we can’t move our room until the next day! We told them we were going to cancel and expect our money refunded. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it’s shocking Expedia would promote them by putting them on Expedia! Very disappointed in hotel , Expedia and customer service
