Come get cozy at Elmwood, a modern farmhouse with a pool & hot tub, in a prime location for visiting Waxahachie and the Ellis County area.

This beautifully furnished home has 4 bedrooms, a cozy firepit, outdoor grill, board games & more. Just minutes from the Waxahachie Square, where there is dining, shops and breweries plus it's super close to jump on the highway. Located on a quiet street right next to a park with a Freebie golf course, miles of running trails, basketball court & more!

This lovely house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1 master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, 3 guest rooms with a queen bed in each.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults in the beds but you are welcome to bring up to 10 people, w/ kids or if you'd like someone to sleep on one of the couches.

The house was in a nice location and really great. Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and equipped with everything needed for a fun weekend and a cookout. Grill was old and rusty but did the job. Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house, would recommend bringing a fan. Pool and hottub was a nice amenity. Would recommend

Family wedding weekend!

We stayed at this house for the weekend of my brother's wedding. There were 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space but also be comfortable in the living spaces to visit. It was a short drive to restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this house to anyone needing to spend time in the area!

Great Stay

We had a great 2 week stay in Waxahachie. Taylor was great to work with. We had a bit of an issue and had to move in quickly. The house was ready for us and had no issues our entire stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Would recommend.

The floors need to be redone. In the bathroom also. They need blackout curtains. There are no dressers so they need to have lots of hangers k. All the closets. The refrigerator was not clean and the bathroom sink was plugged. They came day 2 and fixed it

Family Reunion in Waxahachie

This home was clean, well located, and had ample space for our guests. The two sitting areas, two dining areas, and back yard allowed us to have nice visits with family members. The nearby park was a plus. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Hot tub heaven

House was amazing, hot tub and pool was perfection. Only suggestion is more kitchen gadgets and a little update to the outdoor furniture. Highly recommend this location it was great and the host was fantastic. If we travel that way again we would stay for sure!

Great place for a family gathering

We had a family wedding in Waxahachie and this home was a perfect place to gather, cook and swim in between wedding festivities. The only reason I gave 4 stars on communication was I asked a lot of questions and she answered very quickly at the beginning and I may have overwhelmed with questions. The beds were comfy and pillows were great. The pool was clean and had some floaties for us to use. Bed #9 and #10 are on two separate couches - not pull outs - so if Guest #9 and #10 want to sleep together, that is not possible. We had the teenager stay on one of the couches, so it was good for him. Nice neighborhood near everything Waxahachie! Thank you for a great stay and for sharing your home!

We had an amazing stay and the hot tub was the icing on the cake!! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and having all the room and fully stocked house made the weekend so great!! We will definitely come back and it was also very close to everything!

It was super clean and was fully stocked with any need you might have. Hot tub was not working the first night. We let her know and she was on it and had it fixed in no time. We did get to enjoy the hot tub. I would stay there again.

Girls’ Weekend

A few girlfriends and I wanted to get away for the weekend without going too far. This house was perfect. Adorable decor, beautiful pool, and everything we needed. Great location to local restaurants, shopping, etc. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it’s definitely an active residential area. Host was very attentive too. We loved it and will return!
