The open-concept main level opens with a chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee bar, flowing into a lounge with a Smart TV and fireplace. Step outside to two expansive decks with a fire table, ample seating, and a hot tub overlooking panoramic mountain views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The home spans three levels, with four bedrooms arranged for privacy and comfort. Each pairs with convenient bathroom access.
- Lower level primary: king bed, plush carpet, fireplace, direct access to the hot tub. Shares an ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) with the kids' room.
- Lower level kids' room: twin-over-queen bunk, Smart TV with Nintendo Switch, adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo.
- Main floor: queen bedroom with ensuite bath, bright vanity, walk-in shower, and direct yard access.
- Top floor: king suite with vaulted ceilings, dresser, comfy chair, and large windows with forest views. Ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, blue tilework, and an anti-fog mirror.
