Song Bird Lodge is a Honka luxury Finnish log home with amazing floor to ceiling windows - these allow you to see the stunning mountain views and Maggie Valley. Come enjoy all four magnificent seasons, in your home away from home, perfect for large families or multi family vacations. You can feel free to leave all of your worries behind and enjoy the peace and relaxation of the mountains and pure air! Our guests will enjoy 3 outdoor spaces – including one covered porch and two decks that are perfect for your morning coffee, evening glass of wine or bird and wildlife watching. Don’t miss the new visitors center in the recreation room complete with brochures, maps, local activities and restaurant suggestions! Enjoy a smooth approach into Song Bird Lodge with 2 driveways – one circular drive in the front and a separate driveway to the garage, both level and paved.

Main Level: Great Room w/ floor to ceiling stone fireplace. 54” Smart TV with Dish Network and strong SkyRunner internet. Dining Room and eating area with seating for 10. A chef’s dream kitchen well-appointed with every imaginable appliance, utensil, cookware, etc. A large Master King suite with day bed and trundle (all Kings include luxurious 680 thread count cotton sheets), 42” TV, walk in closet, en-suite master bath with soaking tub, double vanities and stand-up shower. A second King guest bedroom. Additional bathroom with standup shower. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. 2 Large porches – one covered with relaxing seating and one with dining table, additional seating and gas grill.

Lower Level: Large living/recreation room complete with games galore – pool table, air hockey, poker/game table, 48” TV, board games, puzzles and cards. A Master King suite with day bed and trundle and an en-suite bathroom including double vanities, soaking tub, stand-up shower and walk-in closet. A third outdoor deck with seating. Driveway and garage access.

As you enter this beautiful 1,000-acre gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.

4 Night Minimum Stay
Jan-Dec (Except Holidays)
Nightly Rate: $400/night Weekly/$2,660 (5% discount)

Holidays: 1 week minimum.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years: Weekly $3,500

11% tax will be applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
Deposit Required for Reservations.
$50 Damage Protection Plan.
$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).
$225 Cleaning fee.
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent.

House Rules:
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!
If pets are seen on the property, there will be an additional sanitizing cleaning fee of $500.
-No smoking inside the house.
Please, no strong scents. Fragrance free detergents are supplied.

Indoor/Outdoor Firewood Notice: We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Order ahead of time before your arrival.
