Located just 5 minutes off the main highway, youâll enjoy easy access while still savoring a quiet, private environment. The heart of Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes away, and charming Weaverville is just minutes from your door - making this a prime home base for exploring the area and all it has to offer.
Inside, the open living area is bright, inviting, and designed for connecting with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Large windows frame stunning mountain views, and the indoor fireplace adds a cozy touch for relaxing evenings together. Step onto the deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, dine al fresco, grill your favorite meals, or simply lounge while taking in the incredible scenery.
Outside, the backyard is a private haven, featuring a hot tub for soaking under the stars and a fire pit perfect for cozy nights and unforgettable gatherings.

âąThis home is located within an HOA community with policies in place. Parties or events are not permitted. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum listed at any time during the stay without prior approval. Tents or temporary structures are not allowed anywhere on the property.
âąParking is limited to 3 large vehicles or up to 4 small vehicles. These guidelines are enforced to help ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
âąOur winters are usually mild, but the drive up to the home can involve steep incline. 4 wheel drive is recommended if you're visiting us during the winter.
Incredible view, incredible house, very private, but also very easy to access needed amenities like groceries and so forth. Really, five stars is not nearly enough for this property. The kitchen is so well stocked you wonât believe it. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Everyone in our party was seriously impressed by this property.
