Welcome to Rooster Row your ideal group escape in the heart of the WeCo. This thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends accessibility, comfort, and entertainment for families, friends, and multi-generation trips.

On the main level, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen—making it easy for multiple couples or family members to spread out without heading upstairs. This floor also features all of the home’s bathrooms, including a handicap-accessible bathroom designed with convenience in mind. The open living room with Smart TV, a dining room that seats 12, and the fully equipped kitchen create a natural gathering spot. Tucked away on this level is also the unique speakeasy-style poker room, perfect for game nights.

Upstairs, the spacious fourth bedroom serves as a flexible retreat, with two queen beds plus a pull-out couch—ideal for kids, cousins, or groups of friends. Guests have access to the entire home except the locked cleaners' closets.

- No pets allowed.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors
- There are no interior cameras. For safety and to monitor our cleaning team’s arrivals, we have two exterior cameras—one on the front porch and one on the back porch.
- Parking in front of the house for 3 cars max
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property
