While this was a beautiful facility at one time, it’s really been left in disrepair, sadly. So much potential, but the scarred walls, and torn carpet just made me sad. Very friendly staff and easy check in though

I’m very satisfied with our stay overall. The elevator wasn’t always working, but not a big deal. We were on the fifth floor and took the stairs a couple times

I think any other casino would be a better stay. Pillow cases had holes. Our ceiling had a crack in it and there were holes in the wall. The toilet leaked water everytime we flushed. The curtains had white paint all over them. Not worth the price at all. I’ve been in motels nicer and cheaper than this.

Check-in was very weird and awkward. After check in she asked “you guys know where you’re going right” even though we had NO clue where are room was. The elevator had a bag of chips sitting there, and it was dirty inside. Our room was okay, no comforters or a quilt on the bed. You technically just get bed sheets and that’s all. The shower frame was rusty and looked moldy. The walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long but there were a few splatters of what seemed to be blood on the wall and the toilets don’t flush all they way. Not sure if we’ll stay here again.

The front desk staff was completely clueless. No direction on how to navigate the property, no clue that NONE of the ice machines on ANY of the tower floors worked, and when asked why we didn’t have a fridge in the room, simply said we had to request one?

Pros: Gaming area was really good. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Several machines were pretty good on price/odds. Drinks were mixed well. The Steakhouse restaurant was extremely good. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was solid. Cons: Room was not worth the price (we had jacuzzi suite). Bathtub was ill repaired from the bottom being worn dow. There were several areas where things had broken in the past & not properly repaired. Toilet barely flushed. Wallpaper was peeling. In hallways, carpet was coming up on our floor.

Jacuzzi tub wouldn't shut off, ceiling tiles coming off the ceiling, was moved to a room with stains on the carpet, the security latch on the door kept malfunctioning, the door wouldnt close tight. Front desk staff was not helpful, and rude.

This hotel is well past the expiration date!! Outdated, and worse. Hallway carpet on our floor was literally threadbare... could literally see the cement floor through the huge hole in the carpet. Rails on the elevator walls were ripped off, only one there, the others just had holes where the bolts should be. Only one elevator was working at all, and only about half the lights on the buttons worked so you never knew if you were headed in the right direction. Hallway walls had chunks of wallpaper torn off, "dents" in the walls, just awful. Could go on and on, but just avoid this place at all cost.

Towel racks were falling off the wall in the bathroom. We asked for a refrigerator but the only live plug available to plug it into was in the bathroom by the sink so the maintenance man set it halfway in the bathroom and halfway in the entry. The wind was blowing and it was so loud in the room due to air leaks around the window that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Do not recommend staying here.

Front desk service was not friendly. The hotel garage is a hazard. Electrical outlets uncovered the ceiling is falling down in areas. Elevator lights not working, no safety handles and looks like has not been cleaned in a year. Room very dated. Wallpaper all over coming off. Avoid this place.
