we stayed in the towers rooms were dated carpet in the hallway was ripped and torn wallpaper coming off walls holes in the walls ice machine did not work curtains in the room were torn black out curtains had holes in them place REALLY NEEDS A MAKEOVER beds were comfortable and the room was clean other than the carpet had a couple of large stains that were very visible

Wasnt bad besides all the elevator being out of order and being on the 5th floor along with being double charged for our stay

Elevators broke. Trash blowing outside the window. We got put in a different room with smaller beds and being a taller male I didn’t fit on the beds. The toilet had toilet paper floating around in it like it wasn’t cleaned recently.

The property is being renovated, we unfortunately were in the part that has not been renovated… so the ice machine down the hall from our room was not working, in our room, there was a floor lamp that was NOT working, and did not have a lamp shade, the bed had been moved to another location so the ceiling lamps for reading did not help, the window curtains were shredding, the glass door on the shower had a ton of water spots, the wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to peel up, and there was some black mold on the shower…

The check in took longer than expected. Under staffed. She was on phone dealing with incoming calls and nobody to help her. Then at the loyalty counter to get card there wasn’t anyone to help. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to help us. The lady that finally helped us was amazing. She helped set up our accounts for player cards. However, she wasn’t able to fully help us. So she needed to get help to help us. Everything else was amazing!
