Bathroom/ shower walls throughout room were extremely dirty. Only redeeming quality was the polite service and friendliness of the staff. Very disappointed about the accommodations. My wife refused to use the shower due to all the mold and other issues with the bathroom. Very disappointed.

"The pool + slide is undoubtedly the reason we booked this hotel for our young teen girls. Unfortunately during our stay though, just as our girls got into the pool, the fire alarm sounded and the hotel was evacuated. Shortly after getting the "all clear" from the firefighters, our family headed back into the pool - but then it was shut down shortly after for the rest of the evening because a child had excreted in it. Out of the hotel's control, but a disappointing experience to say the least. We did enjoy that our room was not in the courtyard area, which made it quieter. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and is in a convenient location."
