Aesthetics of the room I was in was poor. Flooring missing at the bathroom entrance; paint peeling; paint spatter on the tub; white paint on the non-white trim. I did love the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash & bar.

Dirty! No towels in room. All three (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were all empty. Asked four times for towels to be brought. We also needed a toilet plunger and had to ask three times for that. Mold on bathroom ceiling that was just painted over. The air conditioning was so loud and rattled all night! The hallways were filthy too. I honestly should have left and asked for my money back. Will it stay here again.
Hallway needs a vacuum desperately.
