Staff was friendly however the whole place smells, rooms not very clean stains on things and mega dirt on baseboards. Power went out at 3:45am and alarms kept chirping so we left.

It was AWFUL!!!! Room smelt like black mold, beds made me itchy , 3 light switches were broken, TV didn’t work, the remote for tv was missing a button, I have 2 small children I had with me they can’t be in that. When I told the staff the issues the one girl was VERY rude. Only stayed for an hour then checked out and went and stayed at the stay bridge. When I went back the next morning to get my refund they only wanted to give me 50% because of “ damage to reputation” because while we were arguing for our refund the night before someone came in seen how they were treating us and left. I told them it wasn’t our fault they walked in to check in and walked back out. They did end up giving full refund but I do NOT recommend this motel to anyone !!!

Staff at front desk were amazing. I booked a special accessibility room by accident and within 10 minutes, they had a non special accessibility room available for our check in.

This hotel should be closed down, elevator was broken wich caused us to take the stairs. Half the lights in the pool area didn't work. Vending machines were out of order. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. The elevator that did work had duct tape holding pcs together. The room ceiling looked to be leaking. light swiched in bathroom were broken. Beside the bed looked like vomit not cleaned up. I will never return to this motel6 ever again
