We really enjoyed our stay at the center. It was close proximity to London health sciences Hospital, which made our journey to London more comfortable. We will certainly come again sometime.

If you can put a lit sign in the main parking lot at the hotel entrance, that would be more friendly to first-time guests in dark. Everything else is perfect. I like your staff who served our breakfast. They are so nice and professional.

The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was small as was the bathroom. The building was set in large, beautiful grounds. There were no shopping facilities nearby. Car is essential if you stay here. Internal signage is inadequate.

The property was old and dated. The room we got was on the sixth floor were we had to take the elevator to the 4th then take the stairs the 6th floor then walk across two buildings to get to our room. When we asked for a more convenient location, we were told they are sold out. This was not true since half the parking lot was empty.
