My son and I stayed here last minute to attend an event in London and were pleasantly surprised by the grounds, the room and the hospitality staff. I mean this as a compliment when I say it was like being in the shining hotel because it is quite large, so you often end up in spaces on your own and it has a lot of vintage charm. Even saw a deer while sitting at a patio table in the back.

The rooms were ver out dated. Bed was comfortable but the carpets were old and dirty. The tv’s were outdated along with the decorations and no microwaves in the rooms. Very old and outdated will probably not stay here again.
