The lobby is clean, looks welcoming. Staff are excellent. Beds were comfortable.

we had a great experience . Check in /check out was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and they were able to accommodate us as a last minute booking which was great. Only downfall was the wifi wasn't great.

no water in room or for purchase anywhere, frazzled bar server, dirty tub, leaky soap dispenser, ice machine a mile from room, check-in lengthy with reso/booking rate, due to floor change. Lousy recommendation for chinese, just an extremely dated property in need of so much updating
