Room was run down, broken sink, stained tub, leaking soap container, broken toilet seat, mattresses worn out and sagging. Furniture chipped work out, room definitely not up to what would be expected in a Ramada. Should have paid us to stay there. Carpet dirty, chair covered in crumbs. Definitely stay somewhere else.

I had a pleasant stay, but driving in I wasn't sure if I made a good choice or not. It is definitely dated, inside and out, but you can tell they've done some renovations to make things nicer. The staff was great and I appreciated that I could do laundry while I was there, as I had been traveling and needed this. My only complaint is that I felt like every person in the hallway was coming into my room. The sound of talking, doors closing etc. was pretty bad. I was also located by doors that went upstairs and to the pool, so I felt like there was constant noise - even at night and early in the mornings. Otherwise it was a good stay.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Woke up to over 20 bug bites on my body!!! Walls are paper thin-you can hear everything, beds are awful-my sheets were stained. Hotel is outdated- rooms are sketchy! Customer service-including manager were rude and could care less about our experience and did nothing to compensate us.
