I did not like that I was not able to check in with the identification that I had on me. The front desk clerk was insisting that I needed to have something more. I said that I had already checked in on Travelocity and that should have been sufficient, she assured me that Travelocity would have the same policy but was unable to show me evidence of that. I had driven from three hours away and was under a time crunch to get to a show I was attending. I then had to return after the show with a friend who had the identification that this staff member insisted upon. It was all quite difficult and unnecessary. The staff member who actually checked us in was another person and was quite excellent and also very helpful throughout the rest of our stay, so thank you to him.

It's on a college campus. Employees seem to be mostly students. They were all hospitable and made our stay comfortable. We rented a 4 bedroom suite that sort of implied there would be a private bath for each bedroom, but there were only 2 bathrooms.
Cons:Closer door to parking lot, hotel luggage carts ( can buy used for $30), clean off tables better at breakfast, newspaper machine would be nice.
It was good for the price. It was nice having a quiet room air conditioner/ heater in closet rather then the usual noisy ones by the window that constantly cycle off and on. That alone made it worth it. Parking lot was safer being isolated from community rather than by a busy freeway intersection where who knows who is walking around. But it is on back side of building with no door close by. Staff was very good except for cleaning off the tables at breakfast. It was way cleaner that a lot of the franchise motel operations. Could use some hotel luggage carts if have a lot of stuff to bring in.
There's a coffee shop/cafe on site. WiFi is free in public spaces. There are 50 meeting rooms available. A library, tour/ticket assistance, and a vending machine are also featured at the business-friendly Residence & Conference Centre - London. Free self parking is available. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this London hotel.
