"I arrived tired and with a massive headace so I wasn't in the best of moods. Me and my young son went into our room which was really cosy. I lay on the bed having forgotten to bring paracetamol and felt awful. Then I heard a dog barking continuously in the room under ours. I let it go for ten minutes then had to ring reception. As I said I wasnt in the best of moods so I took my frustration out on the receptionist and asked to be moved away from the dog. I did immediately apologise, I know it wasnt her fault I just felt unwell and the dog was making it worse. The dog carried on for another 20 minutes or so then reception rang me back, they had found us a new room. I can't praise the hotel enough. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were amazing, the beds were so comfortable. I had an amazing sleep, and my headache had vanished, thank god! The breakfast the next morning was beautiful, everything there that you could possibly want, cereal, toast, croissants, fruit, the cooked breakfast were nice and hot, the coffee really smooth and plenty for my son as in the way of milk, fruit juices and water. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
