The home
This entire home in Whistler is designed for group stays and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels. Log accents and spacious common areas create a setting that feels inviting and easy to share, whether you’re reconnecting with family or enjoying time with friends.
Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms are thoughtfully spread throughout the home. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath-shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another offers a king bed with an ensuite. A powder room is also located on this level. The lower level includes a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath-shower combo.
Living spaces
The open-concept main floor is made for gathering. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area, while high ceilings and expansive windows bring in natural light. A separate media den provides a quieter place to relax with a TV and games. For added entertainment, the garage is set up with ping pong, foosball, and darts.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. A breakfast bar seats three, and the adjoining dining area seats ten, making it easy to come together for shared meals and long conversations.
Outdoor living
Outdoor spaces extend your stay beyond the walls of the home. A wrap-around balcony includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, while the rear deck features an 8-person hot tub overlooking the yard, offering a relaxing way to end the day.

High-speed WiFi, two dedicated workspaces, washer and dryer facilities, and parking for one vehicle in the garage plus two in the driveway add everyday convenience. Air conditioning, heating, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a smart lock help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
