Evenings invite you to settle beside the wood-burning fireplace, where the glow of the flames complements the quiet of Whistler’s winter landscape. Whether you return from the slopes ready to sink into the hot tub or prefer gathering in the open living area, the home offers space to unwind through the colder season.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three floors, the home is designed to host up to 12 guests with six bedrooms and a layout that supports both togetherness and privacy. The upper level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom on this floor features two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath and shower combination. On the main level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite, while another provides a king bed with an ensuite, and a nearby powder room adds extra convenience. The lower level includes a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath and shower combination. Each room offers a comfortable place to retreat after a day spent exploring Whistler’s snowy surroundings.



Living spaces

The main floor centers around an open living area anchored by a wood-burning fireplace, where generous seating frames the winter scenery through tall windows. A media den provides a quieter corner for games or TV, while the garage offers additional entertainment with table tennis, foosball, and darts. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected during longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, along with a breakfast bar for three and a dining table that seats ten. Whether you are warming up with a hearty winter breakfast or sharing dinner after a day on the mountain, the layout supports easy gathering throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Two decks extend the home into the fresh mountain air. A wrap-around balcony offers outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, while the rear deck features an 8-person hot tub that adds welcome warmth after time in the snow. A backyard provides additional outdoor space when weather allows, and lake access via a path or dock brings another way to enjoy Whistler’s natural setting.



Practical comforts

Washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and bathroom essentials contribute to a comfortable stay. Guests have a private entrance, free parking in the garage on premises, and self check-in through a smart lock. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Long term stays are allowed, adding flexibility for extended winter visits.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
