Soft winter light settles over the surrounding pines as you step onto the balcony, the cold Whistler air rising in gentle clouds around you. Inside, the warmth of the fireplace invites you to unwind after a day in the snow, while mountain views frame each moment of rest. Whether you ease into the hot tub beneath the crisp night sky or settle into a quiet corner with a warm drink, the home is designed to help you slow down and savor the season.



Living spaces

An open-concept layout creates an inviting place to gather, with comfortable seating arranged around a fireplace and large windows that draw the mountains into the room. Evenings unfold easily here, whether you are sharing stories from the slopes or settling in for a quiet night with the TV. The dining area seats eight and is complemented by a breakfast bar for three, offering flexible space for meals and conversation throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen brings everything together with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and a built-in coffee station. Cook at your own pace, prepare lingering winter meals, or step out to the balcony for a simple grilled dinner on the BBQ. The nearby dining table for eight provides the perfect backdrop for shared gatherings.



Sleeping arrangements

On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that also warms its ensuite bathroom, complete with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking bathtub. A second bedroom includes a king-split bed, while the third bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves this level. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower that also opens to the hallway.



Outdoor living

Winter evenings are especially memorable on the patio, where the private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace create a warm retreat surrounded by mountain views. The balcony offers additional outdoor space with seating and a BBQ for year-round use.

A media room with a large TV and wet bar adds another place to relax or spread out. Direct access from the secure two-car garage leads into a spacious mudroom, ideal for storing winter gear. Air conditioning is provided throughout the home, and in-suite laundry is available for convenience.

The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

Family ski week

Whistler has been on our list and we finally made it (we are from the US East Coast). This property was a great place for all. Snow was decent but no powder which was a little disappointing. Bus strike put a damper but was not as bad as we anticipated. We were able to either walk or drive and park (with ski equipment).
