Everything was good for the stay but I asked for something from front desk and they said room service would deliver it to my room. However, eveb after 45 min of this request, I had to go down to the lobby and then another attensant said room service closed an hour back.

We liked how close it was to the mountain for our 3 teenage boys biking at Whistler- very convenient. Handy location for walking around the village, we didn’t need the car for our entire stay at the Hilton. 😊

was pretty epic, we only had 1 issue which was the heat controls were jammed to raging inferno, I called the front desk and they were very attentive and even upgraded us for the inconvenience. Ive stayed here a few times but this is the first time since the reno. It is always good.

I wanted to score my stay a 5/5 which is what this hotel is definitely worthy of however the service in the on-site restaurant was absolutely terrible and non-existent. This dining experience or lack thereof on the morning of my checkout, totally soured my overall stay.
