The hotel was clean, quiet and overall very pleasant. The front desk lady ( which I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find restaurants and was just a smiling face that interacted with you!!! Cookies and breakfasts were great! Only one disappointment was when I booked a room with a balcony thinking it was gonna be a room from the pictures and instead it was a balcony ground level right next to the parking lot.

Very good front desk staff. Helpful and resourceful. Nice that you could use the facility bikes, and kayaks. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add a desk in the room and better bathroom lighting.

Laurie and I enjoyed our trip to Whitefish and to your hotel. We enjoyed our room and some of the amenities such as the bicycle and kayak. Tanner was quite the trooper working a holiday weekend with kindness and helpfulness. The location of the hotel is an easy 15 minute walk into downtown. We would recommend a stop at this property.

The GM Brie and the shuttle driver Austin were absolute delights. They were so helpful and attentive. I found the price reasonable given it was Labour Day pricing in Whitefish. It was a great value and the pool on the river was lovely! Looking forward to seeing the restaurant and lounge come to life. I will definitely be back! Thank you again to Brie and Austin!

Just 35 min drive from the Glacier park, 15 min from the Whitefish lake beach. Good free breakfast 7 to 10am. Indoor and outdoor nice pool. 29 min druve from the Glacier airport
