The hotel was completely under construction. We walked into sawdust and construction workers all over the lobby, no sitting areas in lobby and again sawdust everywhere. The only amenity there was, was a pool, the hot tub jets were not working, the fire pits were not working. The breakfast was a tiny little room next to the laundry, where they were varnishing in front of and the odors were so strong you couldn’t eat. Not to mention again the sawdust everywhere. Not at all as advertised. We even called prior to going and they told us the construction would be completed by the time we got there. It was not.

I really enjoyed the people at the front desk. They were very kind and happy. The room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. Minimal noise from outside the room was heard. I would have rated the hotel 5/5 all around except they are going under remodeling so it is a bit of a maze and mess in the hallways. Would have liked to known this before I booked. I would love to stay here again after the remodel.

When I booked a couple months ago through Expedia, it did not mention big renovations at the hotel which really made our stay not enjoyable but we made the most of it as we were only there for one night. The paint smell was unbearable but they did switch our rooms which was great.

We’d Go Back Again And Again!

The customer service at The Pine Lodge was outstanding! Even though they were doing some renovations we had a wonderful stay. Our very roomy suite even had a big balcony and a fireplace.

This hotel would be fine except it's under renovation. In another month they should be done. Our air conditioner did not work correctly which is important to us. Room was nice. We have a river balcony which helped. The shower was well equipt with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. People were nice.

Didn’t warn us about renovations. Couldn’t access the hot tub or pool. The picture is deceiving. There are houses all around, in the middle of town and when I accidentally spilled something the lady gave me a towel to clean it up. Isn’t that their job!! The room was big and spacious the jacuzzi was relaxing. But besides that I am sorely disappointed. Do not let the picture deceive you.
