Did not stay. Had family emergency and was not able to make it. Immediately upon reserving room i was charged. I contacted expedia and the hotel directly to explain the situation. Both parties said it was up to the other side. With both ultimately not wanting to refund. I used expedia to book another room that was closer, so i still used their service. I dont feel like i should be charged for a room i didnt stay in

Line up at check in. Two employees but one was just standing there? They could not find my reservation until I showed them my phone. Room was fine but when spouse went to have shower no hot water! Called front desk. When they came to room they explained the water wasn’t hooked up properly and the cold was the hot! Really. If you know this fix it or at least inform your guests upon arrival. Breakfast was lower than standard. Only white bread and over ripe bananas. The staff member at check out was great.

The elevator was down, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, i have a bad hip. The staff didn't seem to care of the issue. Carpets were filthy. Towels were crunchy, Mattress was limpy and hard but the pillows were nice. House keeping took all day and cane at 5pm as we were getting ready for dinner.

Nice place--big rooms.

Great place to stay.. right on Kell so easy to get just about anywhere in the WF area. I only experienced difficulty with the self check in...stiil had to provide card/ID at the desk to get the key. Won't bother with that step the next time.

Our stay at Baymont was wonderful, will definitely be back again! Great for toddlers, ours enjoyed the heated indoor pool! Roku TV’s was an added bonus, breakfast was delicious with more than expected, very helpful & friendly staff!

Pretty disappointing. The man at the front desk was friendly but the rooms are dirty and dated. I found it hard to control the room temp because of the controls. And i found a small roach in my room. Unfortunately i can’t recommend.

Hotel from Hell

Will never stay at this property again! Filthy dirty, lacking maintenance, drapes a hanging mess, furniture needs replacing, mirror closet door missing, elevator scary. Planned to stay for 2 nights but left after one night of hell. Too dirty to eat breakfast there had to go elsewhere. Going to ask for a complete refund.
