This house was everything it was advertised to be and more!!! It was very comfortable and well stocked. The check in and check out procedure was super simple. The location was great, in a nice neighborhood yet still close to restaurants, parks, golf, etc. Maria is a super host, communicating everything we needed before we even asked. Perfect cozy rental

Maria was the best host we have had! Easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for us. She had a welcome note/snacks and the house had all the essentials which was nice after a long travel day to not have to run right to the store to purchase the basics! Would highly recommend the home if you need a place to stay while visiting the MSU campus area.

Maria was wonderful! She described the home perfectly and it was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for us to cook meals instead of going out to beat for graduation weekend. Best Cozy Cottage Ever

This is the cutest cottage. Great neighborhood. Very clean with easy access. The decor is comfy cozy, appliances new & easy to use, close to campus and base. Many good restaurants within 5 miles. We planned a family, four generations, visit to Wichita Falls with a day trip up to the Wichita Mountain Nature Preserve. Unfortunately the second morning of our stay, we were called home for a family emergency. Maria was and continues to be very understanding and gracious to our family. Since I am a female who does outside sales, it is extremely important for me to feel safe in both my travels and my overnight stays. I am a repeat customer of Maria's because she goes above and beyond for the above-mentioned traveling needs. She does an outstanding job with communications along with providing a nice comfortable home with amenities that beat the rest. She even provides you with a welcome note and some treats...Thanks Maria! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable. Neighbors also do a good job controlling their dogs since they are located on both sides of the property. The only time they bark is when they want back in from going potty. Maria's home will always be my go-to when I visit the Wichita Falls area. Thanks again for continued great stays.
