Hotel was clean, tidy and convenient. Staff were very friendly. 20 to 30 minute into the centre of Wiesbaden. Secure parking.

I love staying here, if ever in Weisbaden I would 100% stay again, AMAZING staff, very very helpful, lovely people. Clean, and delicious breakfast options for the family (my kids are easy but I am gf and df) My family loved it.

Hotel needs a good clean and a refresh. Ok for a business trip but I wouldn’t want to take my kids there. Stains on the carpets in the rooms. Quite an old hotel showing its age.

Okay, but lacking

Nice hotel in good location but the rooms and hotel lack basic amenities. No refrigerator or microwave is disappointing, but no dresser or drawers for clothes or room enough to put things away is much worse. They advertise dinner options but they turned out to be some sort of premade meal. Microwaveable apparently but I don’t know for sure because the front desk person discouraged eating there and gave me a nearby option instead. Breakfast was okay but the not as good as the options in the advertising pictures. A clean and decent hotel but best for only a few nights and not for an extended stay.

This hotel is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. It is close to anything and everything you would want or need. If you aren’t a walker, there is a bus stop about 75 meters away.
