One bedroom condo with 2 double beds and a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate 4 people. One full bath and fully stocked kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven. Six grills on site, 2 heated pools, decks, outdoor shower. The only thing you need to bring is your linens and towels. There is a shuttle bus on the corner to take you to the boardwalk and Victorian Cape May is a 10 minute drive.

Excellent location on the beach and a short drive to all things the wildwoods have to offer! Ocean front building with an ocean side view from the condo. Lovely little community within the building it felt very safe and welcoming. All kitchen needs and utensils were supplied which was nice. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. She also gave a wonderful recommendation on an umbrella (and other beach supplies) rental.

Very clean & well decorated unit. 3rd parking space from beach walkway was very convenient, however, space should be marked with # 411 to avoid confusion as to where to park. Also, beware if you are a coffee drinker. The coffee pot only makes 4 cups! Beautiful beach with port-a-potties along the way since it is a 5 min. walk back to complex.Diane is easy to reach & available by phone/text! All-in-all a great 4 day getaway with some fabulous weather!!

Great time!

My sister and I come to the crest every year for past 5 years and have stayed at Summer Sands condos 4 of the 5 times. We have always enjoyed the property and location! It’s perfect! Hands down, this was our favorite unit we have ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious enough for both of us, and best part
COMFORTABLE BEDS! That is so rare, I don’t believe I’ve ever had a comfortable bed no matter how much I enjoyed the units in the past. In addition to a clean, well decorated and nicely equipped unit in a nice location on the property, the host Diane was attentive and available within minutes of contact through the entire stay. Anything we needed or questions we had, she replied within 5 min tops and handled everything. Her hospitality was much appreciated and really her communication thorough. Thank you so much!! We are looking forward to hopefully securing same unit next year! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a wonderful 5 days at summer sands and in Wildwood.Our host, Diane, was kind, attentive, easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.The resort staff was equally kind and attentive. Our room was close to the beach and we are extremely happy with everything about our family stay.

Excellent!

Excellent property, great location! The condo was decorated very cute and was clean. Double bed and the queen pull out couch were comfy. The pool was great but the second pool was closed. The laundry and grills looked great but we didn’t use. No vending machines on property. The only glitch was the lock box did not work but the issue was resolved quickly. Host responds quickly, appreciated that. Would stay again!

Perfect location and cozy cute

We loved our stay here! Fantastic balcony view of ocean and sunset over the bay. So conveniently located right at entrance to beach. Our family of five was perfectly comfortable in the cute cozy space. Laundry for this unit is also very convenient. This was a great value and on our favorites list. Diane communicated great with everything we needed and check in and out is super easy too.Loved it! Thank you 😊

Pleasant vacation condo in Wildwood Crest recommended for short stays

We had a great stay at this vacation condo in Wildwood Crest near Cape May. The host (Diane) was very responsive, always providing timely and comprehensive information that made our planning, arrival, stay, and departure seamless. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the large and beautiful beach, which was very convenient. While the private part of this accommodation isn't particularly spacious, it was functional and comfortable enough for us (2 parents and 3 teenagers) to enjoy our time there together at the start and end of each day. There were also outdoor chairs and tables, the swimming pool and other shared spaces that provide additional options for certain parts of the day (e.g. eating meals, reading, etc.) Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend it to people interest in short-term stays in this area.

Very cute condo great location

We enjoyed this condo. It’s in a great location. Very bright looking and clean. Nice layout. Close to the elevator and there are dolly’s to bring your stuff up. The unit is incredibly quiet, you cannot hear a peep from any other units once you’re inside. It’s really nice that it’s so soundproof. The host was very nice and responded promptly to any messages. The parking spot is only a few away from the beach which was super convenient- we could put most of our stuff in the car after coming back from the beach and didn’t need to drag it up and down each time. It saved a lot of time and energy. The only downside was the beds and did pull out couch. They were all incredibly uncomfortable my husband and I had trouble sleeping through the night and woke up with back pain. They really need a good foam topper at minimum. Also, it would be nice to have a touchpad lock instead of the key box- it was very finicky, a bit sticky from the salt air.

We enjoyed our stay. A couple problems was, the host did not text with lockbox code before we arrived,, we had to wait an hour to get in, because we had to call her for it. And dvd player did not work.

Beach is right there!

My family of five stayed here over a holiday weekend. It was perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The condo is super cute and the beds are comfortable. Lucy was responds quickly and was super helpful if we had question. I know this is not a issues for all people but have the WIFI password in the property somewhere. I traveled with kids and we wanted to watch a movie to wind down after the day and we couldn't connect to the WIFI as we didn't have the credentials. Had a great time we hope to come back next summer!

Great location

Stayed for 1 week with my 4 year old son and my mother. The location to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk was perfect. Condo was located on the 4th floor and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The elevator is very close to the 1 parking space which is provided with the rental and it is 3 spots from the entrance to the beach. Perfect for leaving everything in the car and not having to carry it down everyday. When we entered the condo we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke/ ash tray. The listing did not say anything about allowing smoking so we were very turned off by the smell. My son has respiratory problems so I would have never rented if I knew smoking was allowed inside the unit. The AC was turned off upon arrival and the inside of the unit was over 85 degrees. There is only 1 AC unit in the back of the condo so the front never cooled down. The bed comforter was dirty with black oil or tar from the parking lot and the one extra blanket in the closet has cigarette holes burned into it. The beds are very comfortable and there are a lot of extra pillows. The bathroom was poorly cleaned (sand and dirt all over the floor) and the tub/ shower has pieces peeling from the bottom of the tub. the bottom of the shower curtain (cloth) is discolored (blackish in color) and no matter what you do the water goes all over the outside of the tub. The refrigerator and kitchen were clean but we found multiple ash trays with ash and cigarette butts in them. The floors throughout the entire unit must have only been swept and not actually washed because there was sand and dirt everywhere and if we walked around barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. We had to buy socks to wear around the unit and take off before getting into bed and we threw them away when leaving. The owners are wonderful and the cleanliness has no reflection on them. They hired a company to keep their condo clean in between renters and whomever that company is did not perform the services they were hired for. I spoke with the owner directly and informed her of the situation and she was very apologetic. The pools were nice. There is a great breakfast place in the condo complex across the street. I would definitely rent again.

Great Vacation

Our Stay of 4 nights at this property was fantastic we loved the room. Beds were comfy it was clean and worked out perfectly . It was great to have the chairs and table outside to enjoy our morning coffee. Great location of the unit so close to the beach and the elevator was a big help as it wasn't overly used so we didn't spend much time waiting for it. We would definatly stay here again in the future.
