Check-in was extremely simple, owner communicated steps right away. Had an issue with someone parking in the space one night that the owner immediately resolved. Place is a bit on the small side but the price/location was perfect for our families stay. It was clean and on a quiet street, we enjoyed our time here.

Cozy and satisfactorily close enough for us to the beach, eateries and groceries

We came prepared for a weeks stay and found this unit was plentifully equipped with the pots, pans, bowls and utensils to o do all the meals we prepared. Comfortable for the 5 of us (1 used pullout sofa bed) for the week. The off street parking was very handy and quite useful. All communication was addressed very timely. We enjoyed our stay and Aileen was a great ‘host’, we would certainly rent again through her again. We drove only when we absolutely needed to, going to the lighthouse, the zoo
 but anything local to meet the rest of the family, we walked
 to the beach, to breakfast and dinners

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely spot! The place is very clean, located on a quiet street and had everything we needed for a weekend beach getaway. Communication with host was excellent and the parking spot is a huge bonus! Will definitely be back!

Owner not Present, unaware of issues ,some DANGEROUS! Listing Deceptive !

As a Rental Property Owner Myself? I was trying to help her avoid possible lawsuits due to MANY dangerous Maintenance issues, But I was met with a hostile response, and she implied I was lying. VRBO has been sent Numerous pictures and even a video! It should NOT be a short-term rental....the people that Live there do not like renters.Stay away! There are plenty of other NICE places to rent in the Area

Aileen was helpful and communicated with us the whole time. Had a small issue with parking but responded right away and to try to resolve the issue. Place was very clean and the directions were very easy to get to the place.

Perfect size for the 3 of us.

Had a nice vacation here with our friend. The condo was clean, parking was right next to the door. The bedrooms were roomy and the air conditioners worked well. The beach was a bit of a walk, but there was parking which made it better. The boardwalk is about a 10 minute drive. Cape May was about 15 minutes away. Very enjoyable trip. Jellyfish Cafe is within walking distance as well as an ice cream shop. The property manager was quick to respond to any and all questions.

It was a great place for peace and quiet. A little far from the boardwalk. Beach 4 blocks. There are a couple places to eat within walking distance. Jellyfish cafe,Primos and Dairy delight.Overall a we had a great vacation.

Great House

The listing is a little inaccurate, but the house was great. Small but just enough, it came with pots and pans and house supplies needed for the stay. The house was clean, the window unit ac’s worked great, the beds were comfy, and the house felt safe. It was a little bit of a hike to the boardwalk, around ~30-40 minutes, but it was beautiful during our stay so it was worth it. I would definitely rent here again. The property manager was always active when responding to questions, and we got to check in early. If your looking for an easy place to stay, definitely check this place out!

Great location

The condo was cozy and super clean. The location is great, we were able to ride our bikes to the beach or even walk the few blocks. This is a great spot for a family of four! Communication with the property manager was timely and responses were prompt. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a perfect little beach house close to the shore.

Cute little property.

Cute little property. Unfortunately we were there during a cold spell and the heat did not work properly. Property offers 1 off street parking spot but the neighbor in Unit 2 parks over the line forcing you to park into the walkway in front of the unit. Nice location close to the bay. Close to grocery store.

This condo was perfect for our weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. We walked to the beach ..to dinner....and to grab coffee. We had everything necessary(kitchen supply wise) to cook the crabs that we caught! Thanks for everything!
