******WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES OR MATURE ADULT GROUPS OVER 25 YEARS OLD. ABSOLUTELY NO TEEN/PROM GROUPS, COLLEGE STUDENTS, OR SENIOR WEEK******

This bright and spacious four bedroom LOWER LEVEL condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk. The Wildwood Convention Center is just a short walk away. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Families can relax on the deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace.

Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.

The Family Room has a 58" Smart TV (no cable).

The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10, a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.

The living room has a large sectional. In addition, the place is so spacious a sitting area with table and two chairs allows for additional relaxation.

This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with full mirror, a large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable) and a full bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, a dresser with full size mirror, 32" Smart TV (no cable), and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee.

The third bedroom has queen size bed, dresser with mirror, large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable).

The fourth bedroom is our "kids" room with a single, full, single trundle (sleeps four), dresser with mirror, large closet, and a Smart TV (no cable).

Convenient parking for up to 2 vehicles.

An outside shower in the back yard to clean off after a long day at the beach.

A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing.

While the property was very nice and as described, the host watched us and made rude comments to us during our stay. As we were walking up to the property the host said to members of our group “don’t party” and when we were relaxing on the porch the porch the host yelled up “Hey close the doors the A/C is on - i’m the owner of this building!”. She definitely lowered the enjoyability of our weekend and we felt as though we couldn’t enjoy the space without being reprimanded. It’s a shame because its a nice property in a good location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here for my best friends bachelorette party. The place is way bigger than the pics make it seem and it’s in the perfect location to everything. Close to restaurants, the beach, jet skis. Beautiful kitchen and balcony. Clean. Will be returning!

Nice condo close to beach

The house was spacious, very well maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. I really enjoyed our stay.

Semi-problematic but classic New Jersey

To preface, choosing this rental was a large group effort, and I personally would never have chosen this place. I do not choose places without ANY linen or towel option, at the beach, at the very least it would be appropriate to offer a linen rental. Further, there are cameras everywhere, to include at the back yard shower and on the private balcony. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking. Back yard shower was understandably sandy, but there were also large dead bugs everywhere and an entire ensemble of used loofa, shampoo, conditioner, soap AND USED razor left behind, so obviously not cleaned. Dirty rags and a throw rug just laying in the washer upon arrival. There was a question of separating garbage for recycling. We did not put trash in the recycle bin, which was 2/3 full and smelled awful upon arrival but we did have recycling in the trash and the trash lady who came to put the bins out walked in unannounced, threw a fit and left without putting it out. And this included our garbage/recycling as well a large amount already present upon our arrival. We were subsequently charged $150 for not separating. This was allegedly for to the recycling laws/fines. Also our third vehicle sat on the street about 6 blocks away to avoid the street parking fee outside the condo, which is about $5/hr, not cheap if you're considering the total around the clock for a 4 night stay. The parking for the other condo sat empty all weekend though.

Great House, close to Everything

This house was an amazing find. It was very close to the board walks, and within easy walking distance to the convention center and a bunch of great restaurants. The Good: The house was very clean. There were sheets and light blankets there for us. The garage was roomy and easy to access (used to store kids bikes for the week). There were chairs and boards available in the garage. Kitchen was well equiped and easy supported cooking for a large group. We had 8 at the most, but could have easily cooked meals for 12. Living room was large and comfortable, a good gathering place for the teens. The deck was comfortable and had seating for 6. The property Manage, Ann, was quick to respond to my 1 and only question (unfamiliar with the power garage door). The less good: Absolutely nothing wrong with the house, but if you're unfamiliar with the area, there is a trade off for being closer to everything. There is more traffic and more noise on the street during the day. It is quiet at night, so overall not bad. The Bad: Nothing.. there was no bad side to this house, you will not be disappointed if you rent this house.
