Welcome to Treetop Escapes!



Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. Blooming Redbud Treehouse is one of the newest additions to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit!



Blooming Redbud Treehouse offers sweeping mountain views, 12-foot sliding doors for indoor/outdoor living, a spacious outdoor deck, top-of-the-line amenities, and a private hot tub! The main level consists of a cozy living area, kitchenette, private hot tub on the deck, and bathroom with conventional toilet, all new fixtures, and steam shower. Upstairs you will find a perfect cozy space to enjoy after a day of adventures. There are two total sleeping spaces in Blooming Redbud. Both beds feature high-quality sheets and pillows for you and your guest's comfort during your stay. On the main floor, you will find a King-sized bed and in the private loft, there is a full-sized bed. Two adults can comfortably sleep in the full-size bed. Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; are 2 wall-mounted mini split units for heat and air, a Smart TV, WIFI, coffee, an indoor fireplace, and a charcoal grill.

Get your game on! Located just a short drive from Treetop Escapes is a communal pickleball court. This is the perfect space to enjoy the North Georgia outdoors. Please bring your own pickleball paddles and balls.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking. There are also 23 steps to access the treehouse front door.

We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.



Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.



On the first night of your stay please allow for up to 3 hours for the hot tub to fully heat the water.

Host was excellent! Had a drain issue the first night, they responded with help within an hour the next day when I texted. We really enjoyed the Christmas tree!

Great weekend getaway

Great property, nice attention to detail in the construction and style. Views were great, the sunset was gorgeous! Not having a sink in the bathroom wasn’t an issue for us. I was bummed on the second night when I couldn’t get the hot tub to work.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The views are amazing as it overlooks lookout mountain for a fantastic sunset opportunity and hanggliders as they land in the field. Only weird thing about it is that there isn’t a sink in the bathroom so you have to use the kitchen sink. We plan to look at staying in some of the other properties in the future!

The Honeymooners

This property is located just up the road from Trenton, GA so it’s easy to go grab fast food or groceries. There is currently construction on nearby properties, but it is going to be an awesome little loop of cabins when all is complete! I loved the faux rock hot tub and the modern touches inside the house. It was very easy to communicate with on-site and online management.

No Kids!!!

This property is AMAZING!! Put aside the gorgeous views, the exceptional interior, and the awesome hot tub. Let's talk about perfection! The cabin is tranquil, quiet, and hidden away. The quiet little town is right down the road for anything you may need. And the staff and their responses to my petty questions were outstanding. There is NOTHING you will regret by staying here, except not being able to stay longer.

Treehouse Time

I will start with the best. Communication was great! The place was spotless and had all the things we needed. The bed is super comfy and the shower was amazing. The view of the stars at night was incredible. The only thing that was not expected was the construction around. The workers got there pretty early and the houses are closer together than anticipated so we were looking at a crew first thing in the morning. They were very friendly though, and moved the heavy machinery when we had to get out. Also, the driveway is fairly steep so don’t drive your Cadillac. There is not a sink in the bathroom so you brush your teeth in the kitchen which made for some interesting moments. These things are minor, but wanted to mention them so that the next visitors are prepared.

Great place, but definitely a construction site and not clean

The house is everything and more inside. It was really pretty, quiet, unique and well decorated. It was pretty easy to get to as well. The turn off doesn't really look like a road because there are homes on either side that are heavily under construction so it's very muddy everywhere with no landscaping as the other reviews said. In two years, this property will look amazing. There is no sink in the bathroom. The only sink was in the kitchen. The hot tub was cold. I tried to turn up the heat but it didn't work...it just kept auto going back to "cold" on the screen. That was disappointing for sure because it was facing west and way too cold to enjoy the sunset. Also note, there is no view off the bluff. Trees are blocking... But I don't mind this because I'm glad they left the trees. Also, the house was not clean. There was so much dirt on the floor and the couch that I vacuumed both up on arriving. Also, the toilet didn't look that clean, there was a large gob of what looked like toothpaste on the comforter, and there was a big gob of hair in the shower from the last person who stayed. When I reached out to the property manager, they told me I was wrong because their house cleaner took a picture and it looked clean.... no comment. If the place was cleaned and the hot tub worked, I would have liked it a lot more. The construction was fine... it will be nicer in a couple years when there is grass everywhere instead of clay.
