Had to ask for a blow dryer. And then using it blew a breaker for both our room and the room next to us as they used theirs at the same time. Minor inconvenience but if you stay here, plan for not need a blow dryer. Also- turn on your fridge as soon as you walk in the room. They are turned off in between guests- which we didnt realize and our food/drinks were warm by the next morning as well as the ice from the freezer had all melted onto our floor. Great location to the boardwalk and fireworks. Food in restaurant was delicious. DJ at tiki bar was fantastic. Drinks great but bartenders could use some help in how to manage a bar full of people needing drinks.

Stay elsewear, overpriced terrible service!

Terrible stay at the Bolero. The linens were white, disgusting stains were very visible on each bed. The bathroom was never cleaned we were only given more towels. The maid doesn't change your sheets,they ONLY make the beds which is unsanitary. I stayed in the room the entire time bc I had the flu. My family went to the boardwalk. So imagine a day on the boardwalk and coming back to soiled stained sheets. Nasty. The pics on here are misleading. There's no refrigerator or cooking/hottub area as shown. That's only in the most expensive suites. The hotel has been upgraded,It's nicer than it was! The hotel is also extremely overpriced. We called the front desk from our cellphones because they don't answer if you call from the room. Asked for more blankets, twice. Never received them until went to the front desk! There was an event the same dates as our first two nights. The music was SO loud and there was smoking in the non smoking section. I spent $1589 for 6 days! It was an awful overpriced stay. There are hotels just as nice that will provide clean linens and will also clean your room. Maids come banging on your door at 11:45 am daily! I asked to speak to managemnt upon checkout. He wasn't there. I called every other day for 2 wks. I finally spoke to him today. I was told he's there after 4 pm. He says he was there everyday except tues,for 11 hour days. So somebody's lying. He refused to help me. I always stay at nice hotels and never been dealt with by managemnt like this!
Super loud party!and bbq!! These ppl took up all the parking spaces. They sat in our chairs in front of our room. Then they stole our chairs from the front of our room. We couldn't even sit outside because we had no chairs.
The weather was terrible so we spent a lot of time in the room. We went to eat so the maid could clean. She never cleaned the room properly once. I'm so disgusted by the terrible service. Management was no help!

Loved location to the boardwalk; beds were comfortable. Good seafood restaurant located in the hotel; plus tiki bar at pool. Food and drinks were good; however both restaurant and tiki bar were understaffed. Had long waits for service due to this.

Great stay

This was our third time staying here. We checked the room thoroughly for cleanliness before unpacking and were very pleased. The mattress looked new, the bedding was clean. Our room was comfortable and the air worked very well. The bathroom was clean but it is small, and the towels are scratchy. Staff was very friendly and although we chose not to have maid service she did check with us every day to see if we needed anything. Food in the restaurant is great and you can have it delivered to pool or tiki bar. The pool was clean and inviting. There’s a Wawa within walking distance and a Farmers Market on Saturdays. We will definitely return.

Excellent location. The fitness center was great. Sadly this was my first experience with seeing a cockroach which I am surprised and disappointed in considering the high cost of the room.
