By the Bay Beautiful and Quiet 4 Bedroom Shore House with Fenced In Back Yard

This is a single family home with fully fenced, pavered, and landscaped backyard. During the summer we rent Saturday to Saturday. Please use those ranges to check availability).

This 4 bedroom sleeps 8 people. It is a top down shore house (kitchen is upstairs), with a vaulted open kitchen / family room. There is an upstairs deck with 2 lounge chairs, 2 chairs, umbrella and a gas grill accessible from the family room (and you can see the Morey's Piers fireworks from this deck each Friday at 10 PM starting July 4th till Labor Day).

The kitchen is fully stock. It has a coffee maker with attach hot water system (We leave a pack of coffee filters) and there is Keurig machine. There is a dishwasher, over the range microwave, Oven with gas cook top and a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans etc. There is bar stool seating at the kitchen island with 6 bar stools.

The upstairs family room has 1 sofa and 2 love seats. There is a 4K flat screen TV with surround sound.

There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub.

The master bedroom contains a walk in closet and a full private bathroom with a shower. The bed is a king sized 4 poster Tommy Bahama bed with a high end mattress. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.

The other upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds (full size) with memory foam mattresses. It contains a small seating / play area for the kids and a desk.

Downstairs you will find another TV room and 2 bedrooms (Queen Bed in one and a Bunk Bed (full size) in the other). Both bedrooms have doors to the back deck and fenced in back yard. There is a full bathroom with tub.

There is also a laundry with a washer and dryer, small ironing board and iron.

The back yard has several chairs on the back deck, 2 lounge chairs, a huge umbrella for shade, a grill, and an outdoor dinning table with 6 chairs. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. The back yard is pavered.

There is a driveway and free on street parking.

The beach is 5 blocks away. Convention center is 8 blocks away. Both within walking distance.

Great House!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids along with our niece and nephews ( 7 total) and our two dogs . House set up was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Close prioximity to boardwalk so teenagers could have freedom come and go when they pleased . However far enough away from the boardwalk that you didn’t have the crowds.

Excellent house!

Had a great week staying here, host was very responsive and the location and condition of the house was exactly as described. Especially loved the acces to the track across the street for workouts. The beach and boardwalk are walkable, but if youre planning on hanging out at the beach for a while I'd factor in riding bikes or driving there. The Wildwood boardwalk is unique, very active, bit you can opt to turn right insyead of left when you get there to enjoy a more chill environment. Also, when you get access to the house, download the app for the door locks before you request additonal codes...this host is on it (which is awesome) and its easier to have the app downloaded before he gets access to anyone else that needs it in your party. Overall...great stay and loved the house!

We love this home. Beautiful and just as described. We stay here each time we come for gymnastics competition. Location is perfect and Jonathon is very helpful and accommodating. Will be back again soon.

Great property and host

The experience was great. We had two familes (4 adults + 3 children between 3-5 + 1 small dog) and there was plenty of room. The property is great and location close enough to walk to beach if you choose (~12 mins) but quick/easy drive. We had some minor questions/normal wear items in the house and host was incredibly responsive throughout. No major issues and really comfortable home! Great overall experience.

The location was convenient to everything but far enough away from the boardwalk to be away from the noise at night. There was plenty of room for all eight family members and the common areas were spacious.

Perfect weekend getaway

This house was above expectation. Very clean, owner was friendly and responded immediately. We woke early and drove to the boardwalk. Loved “The Waterfront” food, walking distance and short drive to Cape May. Backyard and front deck were both perfect relaxing retreats.

More then enough room

Jonathan’s home was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Master bed was comfortable and made for a nice night sleep. We will be looking at going back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy all of the outdoor space that is available.

Excellent choice for Wildwood vicinity

This is a beautifully furnished property, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood of Wildwood. We were delighted. Our host was helpful in every way. Unlike many properties we looked at in New Jersey, this home was well-provided with the basic necessities - bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and paper products, and kitchen utensils.

Beautiful home in a quiet bay neighborhood

This is a beautifully decorated home in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It's right across from sports fields so there is some activity during the day but it is quiet at night. Well away from the activities at the convention center and boardwalk. We were only staying 2 nights so I really appreciated that bedding, towels, paper products, and trash bags were provided. The key app was convenient and worked well overall.
