The rental was exactly as described and provided us a great place to stay during a weekend cheerleading competition with unbeatable proximity to the Wildwood Convention Center. Will absolutely book again for future competitions. (One note: there are stairs to manage to reach the residence which might be challenging for individuals with mobility challenges)

Great Condo and a Great Location

My family and I stayed for a week at this condo. Very accurate pictures. Pretty up to date / modern appliances, sizable bedrooms, and overall a decent size condo. We loved the balcony and the shuffleboard table. One block away from the boardwalk which was perfect. The area is nice, not a lot of noise outside at night but this was technically off season. 100% would stay again.

Beautiful Beach House

We decided to spend NYE at the beach and this was perfect for my family. The condo is fully stocked with the essentials. The washing machine is high volume. Doing laundry was so easy! We had a garage that holds two cars which was perfect. Alex was very responsive any time I reached out with a question. We loved this place so much that I’m probably going to book in the summer. Thanks so much Alex!

Nice place with easy access. Over all would recommend. Had to pull out a glob of hair from hall bathroom tub because it would not drain. Circuit breaker had tripped and couldn't use either bathroom outlet. Did not like doing trash to curb. Should have hired a service for this. Recycle can was totally full when we arrived. Obviously not taken out by previous renters. Furniture adequate but not real comfortable. We took care of these things but would be nice if landlord had reached out during stay just to check in. Fees very high.

Wildwood Weekend

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay here. Although, when we checked in, multiple pairs of dirty underwear were piled up in the living room. Next to the pile was a bucket with cleaning supplies and more laundry. In addition, the trash had not been removed from the previous guests. Although the owner quickly apologized, the clothing/trash had not been addressed. We took the trash out and put the laundry in the laundry room. There is also an ant problem, but I assume it is common in the area. Other than the living room, we have no complaints about our stay. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The shuffleboard was a massive hit and kept everyone entertained. We also love its proximity to the boardwalk and Sam's Pizza! The balcony was great for the cool evenings as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Great boardwalk central location

Being in the middle of the hubbub isn't for everyone, but with lots of younger adults with us it was a perfect location. Keyless access is available for everything, including the garage, which could probably fit 3 cars, which would give the house 4 parking spaces. The common space - kitchen, living room, dining room - is open, spacious, and comfortable. It all looks new and clean. It's pet friendly, but washable slip covers are provided, which keeps the house smelling good! There are plenty of beds-theyre organized for maximizing bodies, not privacy. The master suite IS private, and very comortable. My only comment is about the bathrooms - a house meant for so many people needs more hooks for towels! In the common bathroom there's not even a ring for a hand towel. It's an easy fix I hope the owner will recognize and remedy. Alex was very responsive with an issue that came up. The other thing to note is that the outdoor showers are not enclosed, and they're muddy and located in an unattractive backyard. Overall, it's a great space I would definitely stay in again.
