Parking: 1 driveway parking space is available. 1 parking pass is also provided, allowing guests to park in metered spaces at no additional cost.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
