The ppl at the front desk are very helpful and nice. The room had a smell. The drains in the bathroom were slow and the toilet chain kept getting stuck. Had to open the toilet tank after each flush and fix the chain. Didn’t report because they were only little problems that I could handle.

The woman who was working the front desk, had the patience of a saint. I was at the counter, waiting to check in and she received a phone call and the person on the other line was asking her ridiculous questions. This went on for at least 10 minutes. She apologized for the wait and checked me.

The man who checked us in really didn't know what he was doing. He had to get help twice. The room was clean but the two outlets between the beds didn't work. And the shower drain was so slow the water was over my feet before I was done showering.
