This hotel is very loud dogs barking in the hallway little kids running up and down. They said they upgraded me to a suite had water damage. It was clean enough, but I was pretty amazed for what they charged the condition of the hotel.

Hard Pass

It looked liked a tweaker pad with cheap furniture, sparse. A cockroach was in the bathroom. A towel fixture was falling out of the wall, a light didn't work. I left that evening within an hour.

Would not recommend to anyone- this is the second hotel in 3 weeks through Expedia where the initial rooms were horrible and then had to fight for better accommodation which staff did so begrudgingly.

Upon arrival, customer service was excellent. Once it was time to get to my room. I had a hard time finding it. There are no clear instructions on which way to go and it was raining this night so I had to keep getting out of my car to go up to the suite to see which number was mine. Once I got inside the suite it was filthy. Things were broken sheets were dirty in the bathroom. I could hear the conversation of the couple right underneath me or next-door. I don’t know. I just know that it sounded like they were in the same room with me. I will never return here and I suggest you don’t go here. You will be disappointed. I have pictures. I wish I could post them, but I will post them on my Google review.

Ceiling was crumbling down on our bed and the bed and pillows were too hard. The hallway carpets smell is vomit inducing and the employees are not friendly. The place is dirty and looks like a slum. Something red was leaking on the bed and the staff would not replace the bedspread until we left. The bathroom sink was leaking the whole time and they didn’t do anything about it. I could go on but just don’t stay there. The hallways were suffering my hot. Yes the headboard was cracked and not stable so banging on the wall if I moved my head.

Big room, comfy bed, needs work

We needed a place to stay for a lacrosse tournament and I waited too long, most were either full or way overpriced. I paid a fair rate here, and honestly the staff was nice when I spoke to them, and my room was really big and clean. Bed was newer and comfortable, building is definitely old, bathroom sink/tub are well past in need of replacement and someone in the past took some aggression out on the wall. The hotel was close to UD campus which was nice, hard to get into with the road construction but that’s not their fault. If you’ve stayed at cheaper places before, you know what you’re getting. People definitely live here…but I had a comfy, clean bed for a good price. It did the job.

Couldn't get a plunger

We checked in to the hotel around 9pm on a Saturday. There was excrement in the toilet upon arrival. When I called the front desk I was told this facility didn't have room service. Terribly disappointed that nothing was done about the stopped up toilet!!!
