Welcome to this cozy and clean home, where comfort and style meet! Each room is filled with natural light thanks to large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. For your privacy and restful sleep, we’ve included blackout curtains in every bedroom.

The main living area is the perfect spot to relax, featuring an L-shaped couch, and a separate recliner. Whether you're lounging or gathering, it’s an inviting space for everyone. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, complete with a dining table, chairs, bench and a counter bar with stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances (installed in 2024) and stocked with everything you need, from pots and pans to a full set of dishes, utensils, and plenty of drinking glasses. For your convenience, we also provide coffee, creamers, and sugar to start your mornings off right.

Step outside to the charming backyard, where jasmine vines climb the fence, adding a touch of elegance and a beach cottage vibe. The space offers ample seating around the fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings. As the sun sets, the string lights overhead create a warm and inviting ambiance, ideal for gathering and making memories.

Perfect spot for us. Far enough away where you didn’t hear the noise of downtown, but close enough to be convenient. Host was very communicative and we had no problems checking in and checking out. The yard is fully fenced so that was nice where you don’t have to worry about people wandering through the backyard as there is an open space behind the property. Also the house is very clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house in a great neighborhood and location. My wife and I stayed with her parents - downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for them and having 2 upstairs bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms was also great - plenty of room. Highly recommend if staying in Wilmington.

Home was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Cute front porch with swing and backyard space was comfortable and pet friendly. Great location to walk and explore. Communication with home owner was very timely and easy. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Lovely home in a great location!

This is a beautiful home with great proximity to everything! The home was very clean and well appointed! It was nice to have three bathrooms for our party of 6 adults! While staying here, we had easy access to all local attractions, restaurants and even the beaches! The airport is located within 4 miles, as we had two guests flying in. Our host, Alexandra, was attentive to any needs we may have had. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Wilmington!

Perfect pet friendly CLEAN

Perfect for us. Back patio with propane fire pit fenced in yard and chairs outstanding. Living room a bit small but perfect for 3 adults. Will consider renting again on future visit. Host very responsive to my questions. Close to everything local.
