Location for sure, steps away from airport. We only overnight late check in and early check out. The night staff was not very outgoing. I had to say hello and yes she responded but good customer service should be welcoming guests instead of me saying hello no biggie. Very quiet too so it’s a bonus. The early morning staff or night manager was friendly. Overall I would recommend.

Booked this hotel on a whim based on proximity to the Winnipeg airport. Location is good, especially if you have an early flight but the room we stayed in was abysmal. It seemed well reviewed online but the room was very dated, dark - light bulbs dim, dirty - stains on curtains, lumpy old bed and sticky feeling carpet. Would never book this hotel again. Again, completely shocked that it was so well reviewed. Do yourself a favour and book a comfortable stay anywhere else.
