Poor service
Not impressed with the front desk staff. No greeting no smile no welcome. Our window looked into a storage room so no sunlight or view of the city. Not worth the cost and we will stay elsewhere next time we are in wnpg. Waiter in the restaurant was great tho.

A/C init in the room was in desperate need of service as it only was capable of delivering lukewarm temp air during what felt like a heatwave. The temperature in the lobby was cool but in the room it was just barely tolerable temperature wise. Otherwise the hotel was decent for the price.

i was able to book a reservation with my debit card and when we came to check in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. she told us we needed a credit card or we couldn’t stay and she would not refund us. she lied and told us she was the manager, she wouldn’t tell us her name when we asked. When i tried talking to her she said “i’m not talking to you, i’m talking to him” referring to my fiancée. We waited 2 hours to check in at 3 am. don’t waste your time here.

Our stay was fine. The rooms are quite modern compared to the hallways and elevator. There are a ton of places to go and eat, drink and shop! Aĺ walking distance away. Staff were not exsctly friendly but, we only had to deal with them at check in.
