Our first night some one was screaming in the middle of the night (possible getting arrested ) on our floor maybe in the hallway And Saturday morning there was not hot water The room was clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly Just not sure as a female I feel safe staying there by myself

We were woken up at about 3am on our first night by a very vocal fight in the hall outside our room. We called down to the front desk and someone did respond but was unable to get the individuals to open their door so the hotel staff left. Next night about 3am again we were awoken to the same individuals fighting. This time the police arrived to arrest one of the couple which took about an hour and involved screaming, kicking, yelling and lots of inappropriate language. I approached the front desk the next morning where I was told that they did not get our call of a complaint, but that the individuals were removed from the hotel. They said because we prepaid and used the Expedia app we were not eligible for a room rate reduction. The only purpose of a hotel rolm is to sleep and for 2 out of the 3 night we got zero sleep. We will never stay here again and I will definitely tell everyone about this horrible experience.

A senior, solo woman travelling. Arrived at 3am - no surprise there doors were locked and I had to ring the doorbell. I ended up struggling with my heavy luggage alone, the security guard opened the door but was no help retrieving a cart, loading luggage or assisting me. The receptionist was efficient but less than friendly. No smile, no welcome greeting, no information about breakfast - just gave me my key and pointed to the elevator. There was no hot water in the shower, it was barely warm. The second night I stayed there was a family staying across the hall whose children were running up and down the hall, in and out of their room with the door slamming, kids and their parents calling and yelling - with an early morning flight and after listening to it for almost 2 hours I politely asked them to keep the noise down because people were trying to sleep - that changed nothing. They continued to disturb the peace until after 10pm. Again, when I went for a shower the water was barely warm - it would have been nice to have a hot shower… The best part of the stay was the convenient location and the comfortable bed with nice linens - thank you for that.

When arrived, put in 1 room, had filth in drawers, and missing remote. Was moved to another room, down the hall, juice sfains on floor, toilet and sink undersides were filthy, others personal things left above closet, bathroom was moldy, wall paper all curled away from edges, lock latch was broken off, heater/ac unit had food and dirt all thriugh the vents. Left shoes behind in the first room, and the cleaning lady currently cleaning it told me she didnt find any shoes, but when i checked her trash she had thrown them away. I asked her why she did, why she wouldnt put them in lost and found, or bring them to my new room, as i know she was told that room was being cleaned because of the issues we experienced. The pool area was clean, plenty of towels. The front desk staff was verybpmeasant and quick to assist; not their fault for a messy room..... that falls on the cleaners and the managers for not monitoring and correcting issues as they arise.

Terrible room, squeaky uncomfortable beds Window opens onto a storage corridor. When inquiring with front desk, staff about a better room was informed that they leave the worst rooms for expedia. Stay with so unpleasant.I left the day early.

Great location close to everything great dining with its own small sports bar.....however very close to the highway lots of sirens all night......cars revving and zooming all night long and rooms are not very sound proof in those regards had to use ear plugs and it barley drowned out the noise at all.
