The day of arrival we were stuck in traffic for four hours, the check in agent was able to look up what was going on and kept us updated on the road delay. I love the pre-arrival check in via web link. The property itself is beautiful. The google map street view image (checked Jan 2022) is not updated and I was able to freak out my husband before we came to the property as it’s of an empty lot with a trailer on it. The hotel is nestled right on a river with mountains on both sides, it is definitely photo-worthy. My only advice is to pick a room with no one above you and be cautious in the shower. We were on the ground floor (Room 108) and it sounded like a family of eight were playing tag all night. Also, the shower isn’t the biggest in the world and my elbow slightly nudged the shower handle causing a very dramatic rise in temperature. The water pressure is WONDERFUL. All things considered, I’d definitely stay here again!
