Nice large room with king size bed and a separate sitting area with its own tv. Very clean and new furnishings and bathroom. Room had a mountain view. Only downside was our room also faced the train tracks and it was a little noisy at nighttime. Breakfast included was very good.

The staff were quick to get us checked in and settled for the evening. One staff member came to us at breakfast and offered my wife and I a freshly baked croissant. It was to die for, we are both extremely grateful. Thank you for providing us an amazing experience.

Nice clean property, staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the standard that we’ve come to expect at most hotels now, but the food was of a higher quality than most and very enjoyable. Room was exceptionally clean and well provided for. It’s nice that we had a mountain view, on the downside the train track is on this side of the hotel and they run throughout the night. Can’t have everything I suppose.

Got an email to ask how our checkin was, problem was we were still 30-40min away from hotel. Then get a call from hotel asking if we were coming and when we would be checking in. Once we arrived and checking in one of the front desk employees had keys ready for a room which was not what we booked. Obviously they gave our room to someone else. Mistakes happen just be open about it.
