Eager staff, beautiful accommodations
An excellent job was done in making this hotel shine. If our room would have had another chair besides the desk chair it would have been perfect. The staff were eager to help but all of them came across as being new to their roles. We did enjoy the “welcome” glass of wine, that we sipped in the courtyard while relaxing by the water fall wall. The attached restaurant has an impressive layout, but the food was mediocre and the staff were clearly just learning the ropes.
