Cottage 7 - Stand alone cottage with a private courtyard. We decorate for Halloween! See pictures!

It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and electric fireplace. There is a loft, suitable for children, with one twin accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower, heat, and air conditioning. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a bistro table.



This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults. We are a pet friendly property for registered dogs only. A $50 per pet cleaning fee applies. We have a strict no aggression policy. No unregistered pets allowed!



The kitchenette features 2 burner stovetop, dorm size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.



We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).



We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.



We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.
