Clean room, only hoped the carpet surrounding the bed was clean. Looked stained, needs washing. Breakfast was decent. Free washer& dryer was awesome! Would have liked to borrow a steamer to keep in the room for daily use, only had 1 large steamer which is located in the laundry room. But otherwise, a good stay. Rooms are pretty soundproof.

I emailed hotel prior to stay for some inquiries but no reply at all. Each day house keeping the staff will forget something. I was asked to use we chat to communicate with the hotel if require any assistance but the reply was in the next day. Hotel room sound proof very bad. Can hear a lot of noise. I stayed 5 nights and the breakfast almost the same with only minimal change. However, hotel location is very good.

The use of an e-butler through WeChat was very efficient. We got our request for extra clothes hangers answered very quickly and the hangers were in the wardrobe after our return from dinner. Excellent location, within walkable distance to the Muslim Quarters and close to the Bell Tower subway station. Lots of things to shop and see around the hotel area. Would highly recommend this area. Very helpful staff by the WeChat name of 微[风]..雨 who helped to wheel my luggage to the waiting van out in the cold to see us to the van which sent us to the airport.
