Really nice little motel, super clean, with easy access (2 hour drive) for us to the southeast entrance of the national park. Excellent breakfast options, we really appreciated that!

I’ve stayed at Hotel Y in Yakima before without any issues, which is why we chose to stop here again while traveling through Washington. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite the same. We checked in just after midnight and discovered there was no hot water. Since we were exhausted, we figured we’d just shower in the morning - but the water temperature was still cold. We also noticed quite a few fruit flies in the room, even though we hadn’t brought in any food or perishables. Because it was close to checkout, there wasn’t an alternative option to shower, and we were only offered a $20 refund (about 16% of the total stay). While I understand things can go wrong occasionally, Washington State law does require lodging to provide adequate hot and cold running water, so this was disappointing. Hotel Y has usually been a great place to stay, but based on this experience, I’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

Excellent reception (Brandon), clean and good sized room w/ king bed. Coffee maker, fridge, m/w, and tv all worked well. Pool looked great, although I didn't try it. Only minus was mattress was harder than we like.

Friendly, helpful staff but we were told not to walk down to a restaurant but rather drive - that said we saw a number of police cars patrolling so? Breakfast was hearty and surprisingly delicious.

Room and front desk did not have a hair dryer. Hotel is nicely remodeled, but my room was next to pool and it was very loud until 11pm, smelled pot one night too. Hotel is decent but in a very sketch area of town where lots of homeless people are. Breakfast was decent. and parking good. Staff nice.

The room was very clean and everything was in order. I wish the room would have a microwave. The area around the hotel is maybe not the best but that is no fault of the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous.
