The hotel couldn’t find our booking, although it’s confirmed at the end of the Hotels.com. It took the staff a couple of hours trying to unsuccessfully locate the booking, and we had to find another hotel on our own.

Shower head is awful and lack of hot water. Could get lukewarm at best. Bath towels are extremely small. Get rid of the Kcup decaf and tea pods and give 4 regular coffee pods.
