City Centre House with City Views and Free Parking

Wonderful newly renovated 2 storey townhouse set on a desirable riverside development in the city centre of York. The house has a modern and comfortable open plan lounge with plenty of seating a flat screen TV and fire leading to a newly installed well equipped kitchen diner with washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.. Upstairs there are three bedrooms 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. One bedrooms has an ensuite. There is also a family bathroom equipped with bath and shower over. We have provided quality beds and bedding and high quality fixtures and furnishings to give you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Outside there is a secure paved back garden with plants and seating. There is a 1 allocated parking space available directly outside the back of the property. The house is situated just a short walk into the centre and very close to the Barbican but has the benefits of being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside views. As this is a quiet residential development we respect our neighbours and the house is ideally suited to families or tourists to York. We welcome children however please be aware that the house has not been child proofed.
