Great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay as was handy for visiting York with free car parking and a really nice included breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Good hotel

Really enjoyed our stay staff was very helpful room was clean and comfortable breakfast was really good too would recommend this place 3 miles out from york Town in a taxi hotel price reasonable too

Good hotel

The staff were a blessing. Cheerful, friendly and efficient. Hotel in a convenient spot just on the outskirts of City with good local transport available. Rooms well looked after and comfortable. Breakfast worth getting up for.

Great location, close to York, but not in York. There is a bus stop located near to the hotel which goes in York or the coast. The breakfast was lovely either a cooked breakfast or cereal and fruit, yoghurt or toast.

Easy check-in, we arrived early but was able to check into the one room we booked and leave our luggage in there. The park and ride into the center us only a short drive away. They advised us not to walk as there isnt a pavement and its a busy road. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

An overnight stay here was ok. Would I stay again, probably not. The things that were off-putting were so easily avoidable. The shower head was disgusting. Plenty of hot water though. The drains smelt (think sink plug hole). Housekeeping staff were in the corridor at 8AM talking loudly as if the building was empty for about 30 minutes. It only stopped when the maintenance man, knocked and tried to enter the room whilst I was drying after my shower. This was 8.30AM!!! Reported the things I have mentioned at reception as ‘constructive criticism’. Staff were very apologetic but first impressions count.

The property is exactly what it says on the tin budget hotel clean tidy breakfast was plentiful and warm staff lovely helpful freindly.only downside we seemed to be in corridor where workers were staying and constant banging of doors from 6am wasnt good
