In a perfect location from which to explore and enjoy all that York has to offer this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom property with Minster Views is a perfect choice for your time in York.

Through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor. On the first floor of a beautifully converted building, your lounge and kitchen area are located with plenty of seating and dining tables easy pulled out to accommodate your group to sit down and enjoy a meal together.Going on to the 2nd floor is a king size bedroom and ensuite and a Double bedroom with ensuite.

The 3rd floor mirrors the 2nd floor with a king size and double bedroom both with en-suites.

King’s Square is seconds away which hosts talented street artists during the daytime or you can venture minutes out of the front door and explore the many historical, cultural and culinary sites within the City walls. Just ten seconds away is the famous Shambles, leading down to the unusually named Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate (one of the smallest streets in York). Continue down Fossgate and you are onto what is fast becoming known as ‘Restaurant Street and Bar street’, where there are many interesting eateries, ranging from Indian and Thai, to French, Italian, Polish and Tapas. Just minutes away is Betty’s tea room and the Minster from your door step.

You really can’t get much more central than this!

Just fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was spotless and had such a fresh, welcoming feel as soon as we arrived. The central location made getting around York so easy, with everything within walking distance. There was ample space for everyone, making it ideal for families. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic stay

Stayed for the weekend for a hen do, from start to finish this was great! Fantastic response to any query’s, in a perfect location for nightlife, rooms a good size and each room had an on suite which was perfect for us.

Perfect group York location

Fantastic location, perfect property for a group. The kitchen was a little dark and tired but more than adequate. The property booking service was excellent.

Right in the heart of the city and markets this is a lovely large home that ideally suits 6 people although there are 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has an en suite. Host very responsive to communications and will definitely book again
