The King’s Apartment is our new apartment located in a prime location in York City Centre. This exceptional property offers a very modern interior with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, offering a luxury finish to an already stunning property.
The apartment offers free parking just a short walk away, this magnificent two bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor.
Heading into the apartment you will enter a hallway that leads to two spacious bedrooms, both offer high quality king sized beds with hotel quality bed linen. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your use.
The master bedroom has a luxury ensuite with shower and a dressing room. There is also an spacious separate family bathroom, with bath and shower over, providing extra space and comfort for the duration of your stay.
Heading into the living-dining area you will find a large open space, with extremely comfortable sofas and recliner chairs of a very high quality. A flat screen TV floor to ceiling double-glazed windows offering stunning views of King’s Square and York's famous City centre. The dining area offers a luxury wooden dining table seating four guests, providing the prefect place to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal after a long day exploring what York has to offer. The open plan kitchen is a decorated to a high standard with luxury facilities for your use. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to create a delicious meal. This property also provides a separate utility room with a washer- dryer available for your use to make your stay in York the most comfortable it could be while providing all the home from home comforts you would want.

Had an excellent time here ! Me and my boyfriend spent valentine's weekend here and it was the perfect location. It is nearby everything you'd want. Would have liked it to be more obvious that you need to pay for parking while there. About 25 a day The apartment was lovely, very well kept. A couple minor faults such as the sink and bath plugs not working, and potentially some extra niceties like some milk for teas and coffee. But over the place was lovely, bedrooms were very comfy and clean ! Kitchen had all the utensils you'd need

Great apartment in the town centre, we loved staying here because we were clsoe to everything we could possibly need. Aaprmtnet was easy to find and instructions were clear! We settled in nicely and despite the openness of the apartment it felt very cosy. Great communication with office staff! Can't wait to come back <3

This apartment made our stay in York feel just like home. It was spacious, well equipped, and within walking distance of all we wanted to see. It was quaint on the outside but had all the modern amenities on the inside. Reading instructions helped us meet our challenges in figuring out how to work things. Highly recommend this apartment!
