I was not allocated the correct room and was fobbed off by the reception staff. The problem was eventually sorted by a manager who offered a complementary bottle of Prosecco once we had the correct room. It never arrived. This was the first night of our honeymoon!

Easy check in with parking. Comfortable bed, although the bathroom was a little tired & could do with a bit of maintenance but nothing that spoiled our stay. Easy walk into town & easy drive out & towards home too. Great location. Beautiful view across the racecourse from the breakfast room.

Clean room Hotel had the Christmas decorations up which made it feel and look more inviting. Breakfast lovely, lots of choice. Only negative was that we got two steak ciabattas and two small wines which was over £50 and the steak was inedible / chewy.

Dear Marriott Delta Hotels Team, I’m writing to express our disappointment following our recent stay. Several key facilities were not working or as advertised during our visit. The hot tub was out of order, the steam room was cold in the morning, and there was no fridge in our room. None of this was communicated to us beforehand. We specifically chose your hotel because of the advertised hot tub and steam room, which play an important role in helping my wife manage her arthritis. We also required a fridge to safely store her medication, so this caused additional inconvenience. We would appreciate a response explaining why these facilities were unavailable and how you intend to address this issue. Given the circumstances, we feel some form of compensation or goodwill gesture would be appropriate. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Tom mapp
