Accessed through a private corridor, the house is set over 3 floors with a ground floor kitchen/diner, a first floor shower room and lounge and a 2nd floor bedroom. Each room has a perfect Minster view.

This is a stunning historic property in the Minster Precinct. The floors are wonky and the head height on the stairs is not too generous but the house has endless character and really couldn't be in a better location.  Minster View and Minster Garden (5 Minster Yard and 2 College Street) were originally part of a 2 story row of tenements built in the 1300s, and exposed parts of the medieval structure provide a link to this long history.
